I think we all have those movies which kind of grow with you. The ones you love as a kid but don't lose their effect as you grow older. This is one of those movies for me. Loved it as a kid and somehow I just never got bored of it so I watched it again every once and a while. Hadn't seen this in almost ten years so I decided to watch it again. It hadn't lost a bit of it's effect. Still one of the best action adventure war movies ever made and a genuinely funny at it to boost. The cast is stellar and the characters are nicely exaggerated to make them fun but not overly goofy. Don't really know what more to say, this is already a classic and definitely worth watching if there is actually someone out there who hasn't seen it yet.
